You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
  3. Once your return is approved, package your item safely for return shipping.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. Items that are damaged or defective are eligible for exchange.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
